The wommensoccer world championship 2011 in Germany is approaching. At any World Cup or European Championship, there is also an own official FIFA logo for the women’s World Cup. The problem of the official logo is, that you can use it only very limited or costs associated with the license.

A free World Cup logo would be nice for everey webmaster, editorial an everyone who likes to write about the Cup either on the internet or for printed news. Too narrow for many purposes, the terms of the official logo set. On this site we like to search for the inofficial logo. All designs, actions and votings around the alternativ logo will be placed on this site.

We need your suggestions - make an own World Cup logo

We want a solution for all editors, webmasters, bloggers, enterprises and women’s football fans offer. We therefore seek the best alternative logo for the Women’s World Cup in 2011 Germany. This alternative, free logo can be used absolutly free and without legal concerns of each of reporting and other activities around the World Cup.

We will, however, the winning logo properly advertise and publicize it as possible. To that end, the winner will be supported on this page before and he will appear of course in any press release on the alternative logo above! The only things to recieve are “only” glory and honor! Of course, any person may also submit several logos! I you like we will present you, your ideas and your work in a short article.

Conditions for participation

Of course there are some rules, just what the logo is concerned, as well as a relatively fixed schedule. From now on the logos can be submitted.
Submission deadline is 31.12.2009 00:00 clock.
Thereafter, in an online voting determines the winner and the winner logo. The length of the voting phase epends on the number of submitted logos. After the voting of the winning logo we try to make the logo available as fast as possible in all kinds of file formats for download an for use hoever you like to use the logo!

Of course there are some things to observe.

So here are the conditions for the submission of logos:

• Anyone can submit logos - whether agency or private person
• Anyone can submit as many logos as he/she want to
• The desig/logo must be free of rights of third persons and others
• By submitting you agrees automatically to the publication
• The minmum size of the logo must be 400px to 400px
• The logo must be convertable to diffrent formats (psd, eps, ai, cdr, etc)
• The possible conversion formats should be tabled
• Wherever possible the logo should be designed without writings (annual is allowed)

The decision is final, the initiator adheres to copyright infringement liability, and when respondents harmless.
